The Godspeed Project does it again. GSP secures another top three finish in the Redline Time Attack, April 24th at the Las Vegas Speedway.
The GSP team made its first impression at the first round of RTA at Button Willow, driver Ken Xu took a 2nd place win in the Drift Class.
This time, driver Eddie Lim continued the winning streak for GSP, taking a 3rd place finish in the Street Tire RWD class, finishing a strong 01:55.049. This was a great accomplishment, given the mechanical issues of the day, and running the car with almost no boost.
It’s amazing that GSP made it out to this round of RTA, because just a few days ago, the car was sitting in the shop with a blown motor. The team struggled and pulled all nighters getting the car back together in time for the event.
Add another one to the God Speed Project record, and stay tuned for the next round of RTA: May 29-30 at the Auto Club Speedway in Fontana CA.
